Hypnosis

Service Description

QHHT Hypnosis is a technique which helps expose and heal limiting beliefs in the subconscious mind to release unwanted patterns of behavior. This session is 2.5 hours in length and consists of determining the desired outcome of the session, reiki for releasing/relaxation, hypnosis and a recap/advice after. During hypnosis clients have connected with their higher selves, spirit guides, loved ones and past lives.
